Best way to start of the new year was running into this sign heading up Irving this weekend. They dont appear to be open yet but from a tip and peaking in the window today, its seems they are serving @sightglass too.

2011 Partial Year in Review

A quick pic from what i saved during 2011. Not counting the lbs. from @Otheravenues of course. But this seems to be a good representation of the year. Much more Guatemalan and less Ethiopian. Nearly all made on Chemex with @CoavaCoffee KONE enjoyed with the @PortolaCoffee @theoffero

Buying good pure cold brewed coffee without sugar, chocolate or something added is impossible. The UCC Black Coffee seems to be most places now which is good, but hopefully this Vitamin Water rumor just means the Stubbies will be just as easy to find.
